Indications |
Biospan
may enhance the anticholinergic effect of tricyclic antidepressants,
antihistamines, quinidine, amantadine & disopyramide.
Biospan
may enhance the tachycardic effects of beta-adrenergic agents. The concomitant
treatment with dopamine antagonists such as metoclopramide may results in
diminution of the effects of both drugs on the gastrointestinal tract. |

Dosage & Administration
|
Adults & children over 6 years : 1-2 tablets for 3-5 times daily or as
prescribed by the physician.
In
acute spasm, one ampoule by I.M or I.V injection is given & may be repeated
after 30 minutes if necessary or as prescribed by the physician.
