Each film coated tablet contains :

Vardenafil hydrochloride trihydrate equivalent to Vardenafil  ………….. 10mg

 (Vardenafil)  is  an  oral  drug  for  the  treatment  of male erectile dysfunction. It is a selective phosphodiesterase inhibitors.

 (Vardenafil)  enhance  the  effect  at  nitrous oxide  by inhibiting PDE5 thereby raising concentration of cGMP in the covernosum, this result in smooth muscle relaxation and inflow of blood into the penile tissue thereby producing an erection.

(Vardenafil)  is  rapidly  absorbed  after  oral  administration the rate and extent of absorption of Vardenafil are not influenced by food.

 (Vardenafil) is metabolized by CYP3A4 enzymes to less active form.

(Vardenafil) has a mean halt live 5 hours and excreted in feces (91% - 95%) and in urine (2% - 6%).

The recommended dose is 10 mg taken prior to sexual activity (30 minutes) without regard to food, but preferably not after a high-fat meal as this may delay the effect. The effect persists 5 hours.

Don't drink grapefruit juice when you use   , it can interfere with the usual effect of this medicine.

 Side effect :

Common side effects : Headache, dyspepsia, back pain, myolagia, nasal congestion and flushing.

Rarely adverse effect swelling of eye lids, sensation as pain, conjunctival hyperemia and dizziness.

Contraindication :

                (Vardenafil) is contraindicated in :

- Patients taken any form of organic nitrate.

- Patients with known hypersensitivity to Vardenafil.
