Each tablet contains :

Chlorpheniramine maleate ... 4 mg.

Each ampoule 1 ml contains :

Chlorpheniramine maleate… ..10 mg.

Each teaspoonful 5 ml contains :

Chlorpheniramine maleate… . 2 mg.

(Afeel) is used for the symptomatic relief of allergic conditions including urticaria and angioedema, rhinitis and conjunctivitis and in pruritic skin disorders, spasmodic bronchial cough, serum sickness & motion sickness (antiemetic) pruritis ani & valvae, and insect bites.

(Afeel) ampoule may be administered intravenously as an adjunct in the emergency treatment of anaphylactic shock.

Children: Doses of 87.5 mcg/kg body weight or 2.5 mg per m² body-surface subcutaneously have been suggested.

Syrup : Children age (6-12 years) : 2 mg (5ml)
3-4 times daily.

Children age (2-6 years) : 1 mg (2.5ml)
3-4 times daily.

(Afeel) syrup : bottle of 100 ml.
