Each tablet

Indications |
(Afeel) is used for
the symptomatic relief of allergic conditions including urticaria and
angioedema, rhinitis and conjunctivitis and in pruritic skin disorders,
spasmodic bronchial cough, serum sickness & motion sickness (antiemetic)
pruritis ani & valvae, and insect bites.
(Afeel) ampoule may
be administered intravenously as an adjunct in the emergency treatment
of anaphylactic shock. |
Dosage & Administration
|
Tablets : Adults
one tablet 3-4 times daily.
Ampoules : Adults :
10-20 mg (1-2 ml) by I.M. or S.C. injection for sever allergic. (Afeel)
ampoules can be also used by I.V. injection where the contents of the
ampoule should be diluted with (5-10 ml) of blood and given slowly over
a period of
one ml / minute.
Children: Doses of
87.5 mcg/kg body-weight or 2.5 mg per m2 body-surface
subcutaneously have been suggested.
