The same dosage applies to adults and
children over 2 years :
- Enterobiasis:
One tablet of WORMOX given as a
single dose and it is advised that the
treatment be repeated after 2 and 4 weeks.
- Ascariasis, trichuriasis, hookworm and
mixed infections:
One tablet of WORMOX b.i.d. in the
morning and in the evening for 3 consecutive
days.
- Taeniasis and strongyloides :
Two tablets of WORMOX b.i.d. in
the morning and in the evening for 3
consecutive days.
The tablets can be swallowed or
crushed and mixed with food . No specific
procedures such as fasting or using of
laxative are required.
