Composition

 

Each capsule contains :

Meloxicam (BP 2003)  7.5 mg or 15 mg

 

 Indications

 

Mobicam is to be used in :

- Management of rheumatoid arthritis.

- Symptomatic treatment of acute osteoarthritis.

- Symptomatic treatment of ankylosing spondylitis .
 

 

Dosage & Administration

 

- Mobicam usage should be restricted to adults and the maximum recommended daily dose is 15 mg and should be taken with food or directly after food.

- In rheumatoid arthritis & ankylosing spondylitis 15 mg/day and may be reduced to 7.5mg.

- In Osteoarthritis 7.5 mg/day increased to 15 mg/day if necessary.

- In elderly and long-term treatment, a dose of 7.5 mg/daily is recommended.
