Each film coated tablet contains :

albendazole ………………………… 400 mg

Each 20ml oral suspension contains :

ZENTAVER is abroad-spectrum anthelmentic, used for the treatment of single or mixed infections by :

Enterobius vermicularis      - Pinworm or threadworm.

Trichuris trichiura               - Whipworm.

Ascaris lumbricoides          - Larg roundworm.

Ancylostoma duodenale      - Hookworm.

Necator Americans             - Hookworm.

Strongyloides stercoralis

Taenia spc.                        -Tapeworm.

Usual dose in both adults and children over two years of age :

- One chewable tablet (20ml oral suspension) of ZENTAVER 400mg as a single dose in cases of Enterobius vermicularis , Trichuris trichiura , Ascaris lumbricoides, Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator Americans. In cases of Strongyloides or Taeniasis one tablet (20ml oral suspension) of ZENTAVER 400mg should be given for 3 consecutive days.

If the patient is not cured on follow-up after three weeks, a second course of treatment is indicated.
