Lisistril
(lisinopril)
is administered orally without regard
to
meals at approximately the same time each day.
* For
treatment of hypertension :
Initially 10 mg PO once daily and adjusted according to clinical
response,
the maintenance dose is 20-40 mg PO once daily.
* For
treatment congestive heart failure :
Initially 5 mg PO once daily and adjusted according to clinical
response,
the maintenance dose is 5-20 mg PO once daily.

Dosage at renal impairment :
Crcl
≥ 30ml/min no dosage adjustment needed.
Crcl
< 10ml/min reduce recommended dose by 50%.
